“Robyn is absolutely amazing! Through both Rossiter work and massage therapy she has alleviated most of the pain of my herniated spinal discs. She is a miracle worker!”
Tiramisu Massage is a San Diego massage therapy spa located in the North County community of Rancho Bernardo in Southern California. As registered massage therapists and Rossiter coaches, Robyn and Frank Delgado have been providing massage and pain relief solutions for over 30 years..
The Rossiter System is a two-person stretching program developed by Richard Rossiter, a connective tissue specialist since 1983. He has written multiple books focused on using stretching as part of a healing regimen.
Intended to prevent and relieve pain, immobility, and central nervous system problems in clients before turning to surgery or pharmaceuticals, The Rossiter System quickly restores connective tissue to its natural, healthy state.
Massage therapy is often used as treatment to relieve tension in muscles due to stress, pain, and trauma. According to the Mayo Clinic, massage therapy has numerous benefits, including:
Temporomandibular joint pain
Insomnia related to stress
Myofascial pain syndrome
Soft tissue strains or injuries
Tiramisu’s massage expert Robyn Delgado has been serving clients in Rancho Bernardo, Poway, and Escondido for three decades. Her expertise and skill set ranges from deep tissue and Swedish style massages, to more focused work on the head, neck, back, and foot.
Robyn’s background has a solid foundation in certifications in Structural Integration from the International Professional School of Bodywork and Mueller College of Holistic Massage Therapies.
“Robyn is a gifted practitioner who understands how the body works and how muscles and tendons can pull things out of alignment. Her technique corrected an issue with my foot caused by the tension in my hips in just a few minutes. I had no idea that was the source of the problem. She simply asked me if I had any pain in my body and carefully unraveled the cause. I was amazed. And I am extremely grateful that she offers what felt like a miraculous result.”
